The issue raised in the review petition has been subsequently settled by a Division Bench of this Court to the effect that 50% of the services rendered by a Thalayari / Village Assistant in a temporary post should be counted for calculating his pensionary benefits. Hence, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
