Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to publish the names of the qualified members as trustees of M.K.N. Madarasa Trust of Adhirampattinam and to pass appropriate orders on the basis of the petitioners representation, dated 20.05.2016, within the time as fixed by this Court.

For Petitioner : Mr.Niranjan S.Kumar For Respondent :Mr.K.K.Senthil Order (Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The petitioner submitted an application for appointment as Non-Hereditary Trustee of M.K.N.

Madarasa Trust of Adhirampattinam. Since follow up action was not taken by the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board, pursuant to the notification, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel for the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board.
