ORDER

The petitioner, who is A6 in Cr.No.37 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, has filed this petition to quash the said proceedings. 1/4

2.The prosecution case is that the petitioner and other accused were found in illegal possession of ganja.

3.According to the petitioner, the defacto complainant and the Officer, who registered FIR are one and the same. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the investigation is conducted by a different Officer. According to him, the investigation is in crucial stage and they have collected enough materials as against the petitioner. 5.This Court has considered the submissions made on either side and perused available records.

6.Since it is reported that the investigation is in crucial stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
