[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner made two representations dated 13.12.2018 and 22.01.2018 stating that encroachment has been made by the private individuals over water body and Government land. 2.Taking into consideration of pendency of the representations, we direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice to the parties concerned.

3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
