ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to diect the respondents particularly the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's objection letter and make entry in the objection register over the petitioner's family property is situated in Survey No. 119-5D at Krishnanpudur, Leepuram Village, Kanniyakumari District and consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2023,

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the objection given by the petitioner, the District Registrar conducted an enquiry and report has also been filed. In the said enquiry report, it is stated that no such registration has been taken place in the said survey number as apprehended by the petitioner. The report dated 20.06.2020 has also been placed before this Court. The said statement is recorded. 2/4
