[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu for production of her husband namely Mr.Paripooranam, S/o.Siva Subramanian, aged about 41 years, before this court, who is under the illegal custody of the 4th respondent and set him liberty.

2. The detenu Mr.Paripooranam, S/o.Siva Subramanian is produced before this Court. He has informed that he is not in illegal custody of the fourth respondent.

3.Recording the above submission made by the detenu, this Habeas Corpus petition is closed.
