PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to direct the second respondent to return the petitioner's original UG and PG Certificates which were submitted during his date of joining of his job by considering the representation given by the petitioner dated 17.05.2024.

ORDER

In pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 09.08.2024, the petitioner has filed an affidavit dated 12.08.2024 undertaking to cooperate with the enquiry proceedings against him pending before the first respondent regarding the lapses during the invigilation duty allotted to the petitioner on 09.11.2023. The same is recorded.

2.The learned counsel for the second respondent had also brought the original certificates of petitioner retained by the second respondent before this Court and handed over the same to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also received the said certificates. 3.In view of the above further development, nothing remains to be considered in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
