ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2916 of 2025, dated 05.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged 21 years and he is the sole bread winner of the family and while passing the order for suspending the sentence, considering the fact that the residence of the victim is at Dindigul, this Court directed the petitioner to stay at Tiruppur and report before the Inspector of Police, Avinashi Police Station, 1/3

Tiruppur daily at 10.30 A.M. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition without any default and this fact is confirmed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) also.

3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner may be modified.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified as to the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Dindigul on the 1st day of every English Calender month (if is a holiday, then he shall sign the next day) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.

5. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not try to contact the victim or her family members either directly or indirectly and intimidate them in any way.
