By this Writ Petition, the petitioner assailed an auction / tender notification in respect of an auction scheduled on 27.08.2021. Pursuant to the interim order issued on 26.08.2021, the impugned auction was not conducted. Instead, a fresh auction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.15344 of 2021 notification was issued, which was challenged in a subsequent Writ Petition. Therefore, the present Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous. Consequently, W.P.( MD).No.15344 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous and connected W.M.P.(MD).Nos.12240, 12241 and 12242 of 2021 stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
