PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 30.04.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8075 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 40 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8075 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Taluk Police Station, Thanjavur District, weekly once, i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
