Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the Respondents 1 & 2 to secure and produce either person or corpus of detenue namely Radhika D/o.Muruganantham, aged 23 years old who is wife of the petitioner, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty. O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his wife and to set her at liberty.

2.The matter stands posted today after both the petitioner and detenue were permitted to meet each other and have a talk. We once again permitted the petitioner to meet and have a talk with the detenue in our chambers. When the matter was called thereafter, the detenue was strong in her original stand of not 8inclined to join the petitioner. She is insisting upon cancellation of marriage certificate. The petitioner has informed that he would cooperate for the aforesaid process.

Registry to number the pending W.P.(MD) SR. No.100905 of 2018 and list it for hearing.

4.Since we do not find any illegal detention this, Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
