O R D E R
The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2018 within a time frame.
2.Mr.M.Pandiya Rajan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent Nos.1 to 5. Mr.R.Murugan, learned counsel takes notice for the sixth respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as Multi-Purpose Hospital Worker in Government Primary Health Centre, Reddiarpatti and after nine years of working, he was called to attend the interview vide proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.11740/A2/2012, dated 31.05.2016, but no order was passed pursuant to the interview held on 04.03.2016 and 14.06.2016. Therefore, he made a representation dated 20.06.2018 to the respondents to regularize his service under unskilled workers. Since the respondents did not take any steps on the representation of the petitioner, he filed this Writ Petition for a direction to the respondents to consider the said representation of the petitioner.
4.He submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2018 is disposed of, in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.06.2018 in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
