The petition has been filed to set aside the condition No.4 imposed in Crl.M.P. No.4847 of 2020 dated 17.09.2020 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Tirunelveli.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the original petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would state that the original RC book of the JCB belongs to the petitioner is now under the custody of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sattur and need not be insisted to produce the same before the respondent Police.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner need not comply with the fourth condition
