ORDER

The matter pertains to the admission of the petitioner in the Sanitary Inspector's Course in the fourth respondent Institute under the EWS Quota.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner has been permitted to participate in the counselling.

3.Mr.Thangavel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 3 to 5 submits that the petitioner has uploaded the EWS Certificate after the Writ Petition was filed and that the counselling session has been scheduled on 06.09.2021 at 02.00 p.m. 4.In view of the above submissions, nothing survives of the Writ Petition. By recording the aforesaid, W.P.(MD).No.15211 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.(MD).No.12144 of 2021 is closed.
