RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 4 and 5 in the government paramoboke land situated on Nambiyaru in Kasturi Rengapuram Part -2 Village in Radhapuram Taluk in Tirunelveli District, adjoining to the land in S.No. 99, by disposing the petitioners representation dt.05.12.2016.

3. In respect of the Respondents 4 and 5, notice is ordered through Court and post returnable by then. Private notice is also permitted.

4. In the meanwhile, the official Respondents 1 to 3 are directed to file a status report.

5. In the meanwhile, it is open to the Petitioner to submit a fresh representation in the subject matter in issue before the Respondents 1 to 3, because of the reason that the earlier representation of the Petitioner is dated 05.12.2016 and till this date, more than eleven months had elapsed.
