(Order of the Court was made by NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO,J) This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus by directing the Anna University to release the academic performance and pass percentage of students of affiliated engineering colleges thereof.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader who accepted notice on behalf of the respondent has placed before us the downloaded information from the web-site of the university clearly bringing out the pass percentage of the students from the affiliated colleges.
