O R D E R

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.4011 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by order dated 05.04.2022, in W.P.(MD).No.4011 of 2022, directed the third respondent therein not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent therein in respect of the subject property, except the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent against the petitioner and if any cognizable offence made out, the third respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law. But, the respondent police did not comply with the said order. Hence this petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.9 of 2022 for offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 490, 465, 467, 471, 420 and 506(ii) I.P.C against one Murugan and five others. Hence, the order dated 05.04.2022 in W.P.(MD).No.4011 of 2022 is complied with.
