This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct further enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.07.2022 and expedite investigation pending on the file of the second respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint received from the petitioner, the second respondent Police has registered the case in Crime No.106 of 2022, for the offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC on 20.06.2022. 4.Recording the said submissions, the second respondent police is hereby directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.07.2022 2/4

and to receive the additional evidence to be given by the petitioner and if any offence is made out and alter the FIR and complete the enquiry and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
