ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 5 consider petitioner representation dated 29.03.2025 seeking for demolition of unauthorized construction in the property at Adukkam Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, comprised in Survey No.19/4, measuring total extent of 3.50 cents.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted the copies of the notice issued by the competent authorities to stop the construction works in the subject property. Since the authorities have identified the unauthorized construction and issued stop work notice, all further enforcement actions are to be continued and the constructions, if any available is directed to be removed and the lands are restored in its original position.

3. In view of the fact that the 5th respondent has already been initiated enforcement actions, the said actions are directed to be concluded as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
