2.The apprehension of the petitioner is that a road is likely to be laid across the petition mentioned water body. 2/4

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate clarified that there is no such proposal and that the apprehension of the writ petitioner is without any basis. 4.Recording the stand of the official respondents, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
