ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2017.

2.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner purchased the property in T.S.No.6959 at Pudukottai in his wife's name, who, in turn, settled the same in favour of their children and on her representation, the respondent included the children's name in the revenue records. Hence, the petitioner requesting the respondent to delete the children's name, sent a representation on 23.08.2017, which is kept pending without any action. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the

case, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
