side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6513 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14365 of 2022 dated 21.04.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench.

On such payment of cost, time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
