PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 20.03.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5181 of 2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5181 of 2025, dated 20.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
