PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 294(b), 506(ii), 302 of IPC in Crime No.170 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein is arraigned as A2 in this case. A1 is the son of A2. A1 and A2 have conspired together and murdered the deceased due to personal motive. Hence a case has been registered against the petitioner herein.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent. 4.This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, since, there is a specific overt act against the petitioner herein.
