O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report after observing all the formalities of investigation in Crime No.76 of 2019, dated 13.03.2019.

2. According to the petitioner, he has given a complaint for the offences under Sections 405, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code. On 13.03.2019, based on the above said complaint, a case has been registered by the respondent police in Crime No.76 of 2019. Even though, the case was registered in the month of March 2019, investigation has not yet been completed.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the respondent police has commenced their investigation and they will complete the investigation and file final report, within a period of two months before the concerned Jurisdictional Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
