Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner alleges that her husband had committed bigamy and that disciplinary action should be taken against him. The petitioner has not arrayed her husband to the party in this writ petition. Whether to take disciplinary action against an employee or not is a matter that is left to the discretion of the employer. Now the first respondent is cognizant of the petitioner's complaint. It is for the first respondent to take a call in the matter. I am not in a position to issue any positive direction. Leaving the matter to the discretion of the first respondent, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
