ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the entire records pertaining to the Crime No.79 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police / complainant and quash the same as against the petitioner / sole accused.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur on 19.06.2023 in CNR.No.6004906/2023, but, it has not been taken on file so far.

3. Since the final report has been filed, there shall be a direction to the Magistrate concerned to process the same within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the final report, he can work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
