O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned order of the 1st respondent passed in A.S.P./PEW 27-1/ dated 21.10.2017, by which, it was informed that the vehicle of the petitioner was seized for illegal transportation of liquor bottles.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the seized vehicle was already confiscated.

3. On hearing the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to approach the concerned authority for appropriate relief.

4. In view of the submissions made on either side, this petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance. No costs.
