2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the trial is going to commence and the same will be completed within a period of five months.

4. Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.685 of 2022 pending on his file, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
