Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10978 of 2021, dated 10.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 12.08.2021, without fail.

CRL MP(MD) No.6379 of 2021 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30. a.m.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
