2.The petitioner, who aged about 74 years, now facing trial before the trial Court under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Seeking speedy trial of the above said case, this petition has been filed. 3.Considering the age of the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned the learned Fast Track Court (JM Level) No.1, Madurai, to expedite the trial process S.T.C.No.440 of 2019 pending on his file and conclude the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
