O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to forthwith release the freezed amount to the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 16.10.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the second respondent and the learned Special Government Pleader for the third respondent. 3.Since the first respondent is not a necessary party to the present proceedings, this writ petition is dismissed in respect of the first respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that if the representation of the petitioner is not disposed of, it would be disposed of within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
