2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for passing of an order by this Court in directing the respondent to dispose of the revision petition, dated 12.12.2014, filed by the petitioner, on the basis of his representation dated 14.11.2015, addressed to the respondent / District Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai within a time to be determined by this Court.
4. Admittedly, the revision petition dated 12.12.2014, filed by the petitioner is pending for consideration on the file of the District Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai. Till date, the said revision petition, is not yet disposed of. It transpires from the representation of the petitioner, addressed to the District Collector, Pudukkottai that the respondent/District Revenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Officer, Pudukkottai is delaying the subject matter in issue by not following the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.13190 of 2014, dated 12.08.2014, etc.,

In view of the fact that the petitioner's revision petition is pending on the file of the respondent/District Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai, this Court, without traversing upon the merits and contents of the revision petition of the petitioner, dated 12.12.2014 and also not expressing any opinion one way or other (since it will affect the rights of parties), at this stage, simpliciter, directs the respondent/District Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai to take up the petitioner's revision petition dated 12.12.2014 and to consider the same in the manner known to Law and in accordance with Law and to dispose of the same, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 14.11.2015, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
It is open to the respondent/District Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai to provide necessary opportunity to the petitioner and others concerned, by following the principles of Natural Justice. The petitioner is directed to lend his assistance and co-operation in regard to the disposal of the revision petition by the District Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai.
6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
