Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking appointment on compassionate ground. During the pendency of the writ petition, Paulpandi, the petitioner herein has appointed as Office Assistant in HR & CE Department. The learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the communication dated 14.12.2022 in this regard.
3. Nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
