This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to sanction and disburse educational loan of Rs.24,70,550/- to the petitioner as per the fee structure for pursuing her M.B.B.S Course in Raja Muthiah Medical College and Hospital, Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar-608 002. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has applied for educational loan to pursue her M.B.B.S Course. But the same has not yet been processed and it is kept pending for several months. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court by filing the present writ petition.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the documents now produced by the petitioner be considered and the claim of the petitioner for sanctioning educational loan will also be taken into account. 5.Recording the said statement made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
