ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner, seeking production of his wife and daughter, namely, Poonselvi, aged about 36 years and Prameswari, aged about 10 years, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent Police has produced the detenues before this Court. The 1st detenue has stated before us that due to some strained relationship, she left the matrimonial home along with the 2nd detenue and stayed at Tiruppur, where she worked in a Company. Now, she returned back and decided to live with the husband, ie., the petitioner herein.

3.The said statement made by the 1st detenue is taken on record. 2/4

4.In view of the same, by permitting her to go and join with the petitioner, we feel that this Habeas Corpus Petition can be closed, accordingly, it is closed.
