Dr.S.Gnansekaran holds that the office of the Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the third respondent Madurai Medical College, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.B.Vinothkumar, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

3. It is represented that the petitioner in the above Writ petitioner is no more. No one is interested to pursue this Writ petition. Hence, the Writ petition is closed. No costs.
