Prayer: Petition - filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.42 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam and transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli.

ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 04.06.2017. The marital relationship between the parties appears to have come under strain. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.42 of 2018 before the file of the Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam. The petitioner is based in Trichy. It will be difficult for the petitioner to go to Periyakulam and contest the proceedings there.

2. Taking into account the fact that the petitioner is a woman in the interest of justice, H.M.O.P.No.42 of 2018 is withdrawn from the Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam, and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli. The Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli, shall inform the respondent herein with regard to the next date of hearing.

3. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
