This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the Judgment of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Sivagangai, in C.A.No.84 of 2018 dated 28.09.2020 confirming the Judgment in S.T.C.No.59 of 2008 dated 11.07.2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Ilaiyangudi.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is reported to be dead. 3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
