O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to execute the bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi in C.C.No.12 of 2019 against the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a private complaint against the third respondent for the offences under Sections 138 and 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No. 12 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi. Since the accused did not appear before the Court on 09.01.2020 the learned Magistrate was pleased to issue bailable warrant against the accused to be executed by the respondents. Since the respondents are not taking steps to execute the bailable warrant the petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to execute the same.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the respondents will take

steps to execute the warrant within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
