It is informed by the learned Special Government Pleader that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous in the light of the subsequent development as the Temple has issued a Notification postponing the proposed auction to be held on 27.06.2024 without any specific date.

2. Recording the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case of any cause of action surviving at a later point of time. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
