R.Thirunavukkarasu ..Respondents in WP(MD).No.15240 of 2020 Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to exclude the name of 5th respondent the father of my husband in the impugned legal heir certificate issued by the 2nd respondent dated 19.5.2017 as legal heir of my deceased husband by considering the petitioner's legal notice and a Letter dated on 28.8.2020 and 8.10.2020 respectfully ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the grounds and affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order dated 27.01.2021 made by this Court and upon hearing arguments of Mr.V.Elangovan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.C.Ramar, Additional Government Pleader for Respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.K.Mohana Sundaram, Advocate for the respondent No.1, this Court made the following order:
