Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent not to effect recovery of Rs.2,000/- from the petitioner's salary in future from the month of November, 2017 onwards from the monthly salary bill for the loan availed by one G.Rengaraj (since deceased) and also to direct the 3rd respondent to reimburse the amount of Rs.11,000/- so far deducted with interest at the rate of 13% from the dated of deduction till reimbursement based on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2017.
