The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the report under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act as well as the final order, if passed in the meanwhile and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Permission granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
