This Writ Petition has been filed to to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings Ka.No.13667 / 627 / Ni.Pi.2 / Asst.2 / Ko Vaarisu Velai / 2017, dated 01.09.2017 and quash the same as illegal. 2.The description of the respondent has been mentioned as TNEB instead of TANGEDCO. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition against TANGEDCO for the relief sought in this Writ Petition.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
