This petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the Additional District & Sessions Court, Periyakulam in I.A.No. 78 of 2021 in I.A.No.14 of 2018, dated 25.10.2021 in O.S.No.22 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District & Sessions Court, Periyakulam. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
