[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The matter in issue pertains to location of TASMAC shop.
2. Heard the submissions of the Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned standing counsel appearing for the TASMAC, on instructions would submit that the shop in question had already been located to some other place and there is no proposal to re-locate the same to the very same place.
4. The said submission on instructions, is placed on record and in the light of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands closed. No Costs.
