RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the period of surrender by the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Dindidul District in pursuance to the order of this Honourable Court vide Crl.OP(MD)No. 14364/2018 dated 13.08.2018 in Crime no. 515/2018 on the file of the Inspector of police, Dindigul town police station, Dindigul, Dindigul district Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHARIMA PRABHU, Government Advocate(criminal side) for the respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14364 of 2018, dated 13.08.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of 15 days to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and on such deposit, the time for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
