O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruividaimaruthur, to dispose the case in S.T.C.No.151 of 2019.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that after the order passed by this Court, dated 01.07.2024, the second respondent was impleaded as a party to this petition and the second respondent has received the warrant and also executed the same on 12.07.2024. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the accused, who was absconding has been secured and there cannot be any further delay in .S.T.C.No.151 of 2019.

3.Since it is reported that the trial has not proceeded for want of the accused and the accused has now been secured, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
