ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.not known of 2024, for the offence under Section 498 (A) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that no petition/no enquiry is pending as against the petitioner.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that since no case has been registered against the petitioner, there is no apprehension of arrest.
